Please use the CONTACT US portion of our website for any questions you might have!

The 5280 Challenge is a track and field meet and archery competition for Paralympic athletes, masters athletes, disabled veterans and members of the armed services. Started in 2013, the 5280 Challenge provides competition for athletes in the Rocky Mountain region.

In 2022, we will host the 10th annual 5280 Challenge! In addition to our traditional track and field meet, we host an archery competition. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we had to cancel the 5280 Challenge in 2020.

Check out the TRACK HOME PAGE for the meet schedule.

REGISTER for the Track & Field Meet today!

We are excited that again the 5280 Challenge Track & Field Meet will serve as the USATF - Colorado Association Outdoor Championship meet for the following athletes:

  • Race Walk 5k Championship

Our track and field meet is geared towards Masters athletes (athletes 30 years and older), Paralympic athletes (athletes with a physical disability), and athletes who are Veterans.

Other athletes are welcome to compete in this track and field meet if they are members of USATF.

Check out the ARCHERY HOME PAGE  for information about the Archery Tournament!

Our Archery competition is open to archers of any age, with emphasis on Paralympic athletes (athletes with a physical disability) and athletes who are Veterans.

Thank you for your interest in the 5280 Challenge and we hope to see you at the track and field meet or the archery competition on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
